Returns and Exchanges
Deva Shoes online is happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for full priced items purchased online within 10 days from the date received. We hope you love your purchase but understand that sometimes things aren’t exactly what you expected whether it be the size and fit or colour and style. Therefore, we have taken the uncertainty out of buying online by offering you a replacement or a refund.
The steps involved for returns are as follows:
All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box in undamaged and in original condition. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour based on stock availability. Garments must also be returned with all labels and tags attached. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and purchase the new product separately at devashoes.com.au.
Please note there are no refunds on sale items.

Don't forget to record the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Postage for returns is the customer's responsibility.
Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange subject to availability), or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost). Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
